I returned my order and expected the refund to be straightforward, but it ended up taking way longer than I thought it should. I had to follow up twice before anything actually happened. To be fair, they did eventually sort it out, so I guess that’s something, but the whole process was frustrating enough that I’m not sure I’d order from this site again...

The order itself was fine and the gear showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. But the shipping cost felt way too high for what I bought, and seeing that added at checkout made me lose a bit of trust. It kind of felt like the total changed on me at the last minute. I might order again if there’s a sale or a cheaper shipping option, but I’m definitely going to think twice next time...
